Due to health reasons, wigs cannot be resold once they have been worn or returned. Our Refund Policy

Our no refund policy is in place for several important reasons. First and foremost, we are deeply committed to the health and safety of our customers, many of whom purchase our wigs for medical reasons, such as hair loss due to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or other medical conditions. As part of our duty of care, we must ensure that every product we sell is safe, hygienic, and fit for its intended purpose.

For example, some of our customers may have fungal skin conditions like Tinea Capitis (commonly known as ringworm), which can cause scalp irritation, itching, and hair loss. This infection is highly contagious, and reselling a returned wig without proper sanitation could expose another client to serious health risks. Sanitizing wigs to a level that is safe for resale would require harsh cleaning processes that can damage the wig, affecting its quality and lifespan.

Additionally, because our wigs are priced lower than many of our competitors, they can be resold on a resale website if needed.

Refunds & Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we will review each case on an individual basis. However, please note the following conditions for returns:

• No refunds will be issued for wigs that have been altered, including lace cutting. If you request lace cutting as part of your order, this is considered a final sale.
• Custom and bespoke orders are also final sales, as they are tailored specifically to your requirements.
• If the wig has not been altered and is returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all accessories included), we may offer a refund.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Any items returned from outside the UK may incur import customs charges, which will be deducted from your refund as well.
